General, cancellation and payment conditions

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is from 4 PM on the day of arrival. Do you want to check in earlier? Please contact the reception about the availability and the cost.
• TUI & KLM flights depart at the end of the day. During your stay, ask at the reception about the availability of a late check-out. Then you can enjoy your accommodation for the whole day for $150.00. Or book an extra night for more certainty.
• You are welcome to use the swimming pool or the pool bar on the day of departure, even after check-out. Here you will also find showers to freshen up before the return flight.

Book & pay

• After you make a reservation you will receive an e-mail with the reservation confirmation. To guarantee your stay, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the travel sum. Please ensure that the deposit is paid within 48 hours after making the reservation. You will then receive the final booking confirmation.
• You pay the remainder of the travel sum 30 calendar days before arrival. Payment can be made in Euros and Dollars via bank transfer or in the online guest website with Ideal, paypal and credit card. Do you book within 30 days before arrival? Then you need to pay the complete travel sum immediately after receiving of the booking confirmation.

Cancellations

• Have you changed your mind? Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival.
• If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the travel sum will be charged

Travel and cancellation insurance

• We strongly advise you to take a travel and cancellation insurance. This way you are well insured against unexpected cancellations, delays or early departures.



Other

• The rent includes water and electricity. This is limited to 'normal use'. In case of excessive energy and/or water consumption, additional costs may be charged.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas. The use of an ashtray is mandatory.
